Role in the project: I was responsible for designing the collaboration plan with external developers in the project, educating and assigning overseas developers hired after Jason's interview, and continuously reviewing code to provide feedback to standardize code conventions and improve code quality.
Assessment: Merhawi is a really smart, diligent, and trustworthy person. He quickly grasps an understanding of the tasks at hand, and develops even the unrequested details to provide the best experience for other collaborators. Among the developers I've recently worked with, it seems that Merhawi is the most exceptional.
Role in the project: My role is to create the developer hiring and onboarding process, and collaborate with Eric to improve the process.
Feedback: He proactively set up the development environment and preemptively requested necessary requirements. He even perfectly performed interface and state management tasks for future API work (which was not requested). The file structure and code quality were excellent and met the requirements. His deliverables maintained high quality and showed high productivity through smooth communication skills.
